Our retail store boasts a beautiful, bright and open 1,700 sq. ft. showroom filled with all of the beekeeping tools, equipment, raw honey, and beeswax candles you can imagine...And it smells like pine, honey and beeswax.

NBee Gold is locally owned and operated by Matt Casey, a local Salisbury beekeeper with 4+ years of experience who actively manages more than 20 beehives for honey production (NBee Gold Wildflower Honey) and nuc sales.

We started out as hobbyist beekeepers and quickly realized that what New Brunswick beekeepers were missing was a real local, dedicated and knowledgeable bee supply store. A place to drop in and talk shop.

So, in November 2020 NBee Gold Beekeeping Supplies was born to fill that need and we've served thousands of beekeepers from NB and Canada since nbeegold.ca went live!

Although we initially only started out as an online store, within 3 months the operation outgrew the confines of a home basement and we quickly realized we needed a larger space to better serve our customers. In April 2021 we moved from Salisbury and officially opened our first ever physical retail outlet in Sussex.

We are also extremely passionate about helping out new beekeepers as they consider or begin their own beekeeping adventure.

We are pleased to assist in giving local New Brunswick beekeeping advice and answering any questions a new beekeeper may have.
