Most items on nbeegold.ca are in stock at our location. Some items may need to be ordered in on a per order basis. If you need something but don't see it in our inventory, please inquire with us and we can work to order the items you need in.   

Products may not be exactly as illustrated in images on this website due to variability in materials and suppliers.

Due to costs of materials, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Bulk Equipment order pricing can be individually negotiated. Please contact us to let us know your needs.

Taxes are extra on all items except Nucs & Honey Products. HST/GST is calculated automatically by address of the province the order is purchased from.

Shipping In order to get you the best possible shipping rates we will contact you with a shipping quote within 24 hours after your order is placed to advise of shipping costs. You can also email us at info@nbeegold.ca to request a shipping quote prior to placing your order. We can hold all orders for as long as you need before picking up or shipping. We place no markup on shipping rates, you pay what we pay. 

Shipping of fragile glassware (jars) is at the customers risk. 

We offer shipping within Canada and the USA at this time.

All local honey products are available for purchase and delivery in New Brunswick only at this time.

Accepted forms of payment:  E-transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

 

Customers are responsible for checking their orders upon receipt. Any errors or omissions must be reported to us as soon as you take possession of your order so we can make the situation right as quickly as possible. Transportation costs of items authorized for return will be paid for by the returnee on all items that were not shipped as the result of an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds and returns are accepted 30 days from date of purchase, except in cases of defective goods. Sorry, no returns and no refunds on beekeeping medications, nutritional products, honey and wax products.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund from the time we issue it.
